Tune your brain matter

Fish: eat more fish -no really, it may sound like an old wives tale, but it does help.
Food for thought: eat food with lots of antioxidants and vitamines, like fruit, vegitables etc.
Arty stuff: use the right side of your brain once in a while, even doodling on telephone notebook helps.
Massage your brain: have an Indian brain massage, it helps with consentration, circulation and other stuff.
Back to school: take up an evening class. If you keep on learning your brain works better. Apparently.
Make networks: make "networks" or "mind maps" instead of your usual notes. It looks ugly but it really works.
Work your mind: add up the bill in your head next time you're at the shopping mall.
