Wide spread, yet under-researched units, found in entreprises all over the known universe. Although still controversial, the most widespread scientific theory is that these HR departments operate so close to light speed that time actually slows down for observers outside the department. This leaves the impression that what could be done and over with in minutes, takes up to 14 eons to return from there. It is thought that the amount of paperwork collected by HR departments is responsible for warping the space-time continuum sufficiently to accelerate Human Resources specialists close to warp speed.
