I think since I have been here I have been quite obsessed with chocolate 
and that is a little scary. 
Let me make myself clear on this. I do love cocolate, I have a chocolate addiction, and I havent had a piece of chocolate for 36 hours.
I have all sorts of recipes for chocolate. The simplest being a melted mars bar with a little milk - as a hot topping for icecream. I have a recipe for hot chocolate in a thread about the ultimate hot chocolate (which has been tried out by other researchers.) I own a choc fondue set that has clearly been used more than the once or twice most fondue sets get used for. Memories over 20 years old of going round a chocolate factory - and just generally gone mad on the whole subject! Am I mad enough for chocolate to make the membership grade?
.... and while I am here... 
Does anyone else here remember the 'Aztec' bar?
