I never eat chocolate which has less then 60% cocoa in it. I even tried some 99% once! I also only eat Green & Blacks or other Fairtrade or soon to be. I've seen the whip marks on some of the illegally kept slaves on the Bolivian cocoa plantations.
Sorry if that is not happy choc news, but I cannot enjoy the stuff anymore, knowing what I know. And as for nestle, don't even go there.
Green & Blacks also do some very nice Plain choc truffles, which are so rich, I have been known not to eat the whole pack in one go!

sorry!
I made a decision, not so long ago to research what I buy. It has actually made life very difficult. I can't just go into a shop and buy what i fancy anymore. So if you are interested, I can tell you more. But think whether you are ready to have your life changed, cause some times you can't ignore the knowledge anymore.
Now that I have totally depressed you, have you tried Green & Blacks choc? Its all good stuff, and their milk choc Kinkajou shaped ones are cute. Obviously thats what I buy men for presents. Do you find that men can't handle bitter plain choc, whereas we love it?
