Is it OK if we put an order in for h2g2 Tshirts btw? I am sure that Mark will only be packing one pair of shorts and a couple of Tshirts, so he should have lots of room! LOL

Do you have a flight number for us btw... and could you send us your mobile number through email, just in case there are any problems at the airport... although Kheldar will be pretty hard not to spot! LOL

I'll email you the details Shazz. Ebookers have helpfully just lost the tickets, and I'm not sure that they gave flight numbers in the email confirmation, but I'll check. Hopefully I can track the flight numbers - and the tickets - down by tomorrow...

If I were you(*groan...* 
), I would change the information at the top of the Dutch meet-page so people will not be confused about the date and location. At the top it still says that the meet is on saturday. Further down the list this is corrected, but people might get confused or just not read on.
