BTW even if you make a mess the chances are that you won't beat the mess we made of it since we are redecorating the hall.
Any idea what time you and your friend arive on Schiphol airport Mina? And how are you cming to Alphen aan den Rijn?

We're arriving at 20.20 local time, and Shazz said that she would be meeting us at the airport, a whole group I'm expecting. She said something about trains, and then changed that to taxis, so I'm not really sure.
I'll be getting off the plane and searching for a familiar face!

Sorry about the confusion Mina! 
We originally planned to go to Amsterdam on Saturday and meet you on the way back but have now decided that Saturday will be a bit more laid back after the excitement of Friday and, those that want, can go to Amsterdam on the Sunday as a prelude to their journey home.
So... we are still working on the most efficient way to get you from the airport! Don't worry though, you will most definitely NOT be left to fend for yourself!

If nothing else, I won't drink on the saturday and pick you guys up from the airport by car. Otherwise me (and/or someone else) will take the bus to Schiphol and we'll take the bus back as well

Ok. I did wonder about that as I posted it, I'm sure I can find my way if I need to, I spend an entire weekend on my own in Rotterdam about 18 months ago after I got stranded. I managed to work taxis and everything. 
I'd like to know how much it will be for transport while I am there, as I've suddenly realised I'll need some Guilders.

A bus ticket from Schiphol to Alphen will be about 15 guilders. A taxi will cost you about 100 guilders
