Kumabear, you must be psychic!! I was intending on contacting you and asking if you would create sketches of how you see all of us. This is so cool!!! Yes, I'd love for you to "do" me, but which persona? In the BFG forum I imagine I am a leather clad Trinity type (from the Matrix), in the Elephant Trek forum I am a middle-aged, frumpy church lady complete with gloves and a veiled hat, and in Village de la Vavoom I am a 70+ old lady with a cane and an eye for young men. I can't choose. I like all of them. Do you think you'd like to pick the Mari-rae that you like best?

I'm on vacation for the next two weeks so I thought I would do something while I'm waiting for the oil paints to dry. I can't promise when it will be finished. Real life tends to rear its ugly head at the most inopportune moments. smiley - winkeye

PS. I am psychic.....smiley - tongueout

Have fun on your vacation! Are you going somewhere fabulous, or are you going to hang out at home? Either way, enjoy yourself and relax. I'll look forward to seeing the sketches whenever. (Can't wait!!!)smiley - bigeyes!!

Allmost done! I would be done now but I just lost my lucky pencil. I can't finish a drawing with an unlucky pencil now can I?

I'm staying at home to get some long overdue painting done.

I'm going with your Vavoom identity. It's the funniest. I've tried a couple of different things but they're just too damn creepy looking. I've given you a nice scowl. You look like you are ready to make some trouble.smiley - winkeye

Do you want a cane? Pitchfork perhaps?

Cane please! And I've just done my head of white hair in a vivid apricot shade, if you're using colored pencils at all!

A working vacation, eh? Sounds wonderful! If I attempted that to catch up on creative projects I'd have to leave home in order to get anything accomplished. There's always too much to do around here. I'd also have to turn the computer off. Definately.

I have a log cabin patchwork quilt that has been in the hoop waiting patiently to be hand-quilted. Its been waiting like that since spring. ~sigh~ (Brightening) I did paint murals all over the walls in our bathroom though. They turned out beautifully!

Did you find your lucky pencil yet?

I'm not giving you a hat. So you'll be able to show off that hair. You lost the hat in the Elephant Trek thread yesterday anyway.

3rd in a row. Damn.

Take alook at the image at the bottom of the portrait page. See if you like it. I drew this this afternoon. I think it looks too serious, maybe. This isn't the one I mentioned earlier.

Nevermind. Finished the other one. Found my pencil.

Sorry but you're stuck with white hair. At least for now. I'll post it when I wake up. Hopefully the ink will be dry.

I think you are going to have a good laugh! smiley - tongueout

Who are examples 2 and 3? They're so good! They really convey a mood. I love yours too. That's just how I see you!

*Waiting impatiently for hers to appear* Will it be my Elephant Trek CotTB lady, then? She's my favorite.

Those ones were of nobody. I just needed to put something other than mine up there.

IT IS DONE! It's a combination of your vavoom and CotTB selves. I think it's kind of silly. Watecolors don't seem to scan as well as I would like.

Go ahead and link to it.

*cough* and now for the umm...bill. Just give me credit and a link to my main page.smiley - winkeye
