Well, given that I am allergic to alcohol, I was meaning the British definition. I've never managed to get drunk... it's too painful...

The last time I got drunk I was with my brother, who just so happened to be drunk as well, and I sobered up way before he did and while I was contemplating whether to be sick or not he was just finding the whole thing very amusing

I like the lyrics I have not herd the song so cannot really comment but I like the lyrics so I can see why you like the song thats all nothing ofensive or anything.
