Doctor Who story: a Recovery To London Chapter Two

Ace met middle-aged London cab driver. “I need a drive to the South End.”
“Sorry, I only do Knightsbridge, but I’ll help you. My taxi’s haunted!”
“It is actually an exiled Malessan soul, not a ghost! He’s a welcome old man” said Royce.
“I read the Beano as a kid. I know a lot about taxis. Those flying seahorses have left.”
Chim was in a polka dot dress. “It could be a useful device!”
The Doctor was transported to Malessa. It was a simplistic culture reminiscent of Medieval England, but with 20th Century fashions and inventions like the two-way radio and the alarm clock.
“I’m a doctor. I’ve seen that your special forces use weapons. It may be for protection, but you’ve remained this way for centuries. Why aren’t you rescuing that other ship?”
“We can, but we are in peace, not war.” said the Minister.
“That’s why tourists leave Malessa.” said Ace.
“I escaped, aged thirteen. The cruises let me go.” said Royce, looking at a computer screen.
Chim jumped into the sidecar of a motorcycle, driven by Ace. “Let’s go, Acie!”
The Doctor found an ancient teleport unit. “Ace has just arrived.” he noticed.
Ace ruined the idyllic village. “This bike’s ace!”
The missing ship returned to Malessa. Their evolution was about to start. The rocket was with the now-aged crew, at the Malessan capital city.
“Let’s return!” said Royce, in his cockpit.
“I can study after all.” said Chim, as the TARDIS crew left.
