Sleep (How to achieve it)

1) Find a bed. (If no bed exists, then an alternitive (sofa, table, grass, carpet, the stairs) may be used.
2) Lie on it. (You can change into different clothes if you wish, or wear nothing if it's very very hot in your home.)
3) Shut your eyes. (For those of you how do not know how to do this yet, then you are probably beyond help.)
4: Clear your mind. (If you are one of the above who do not know how to shut your eyes, this step is probably the easyest for you.)
5: Enjoy! (But try not to have nightmares, please.)
