It says so on the Front Page, but not on the Scouts Volunteer page, so I can see you're in a bit of a mess. 
If you are really short, then I would happily help out. I'm not a prolific writer myself (3 EG entries and a few on the go), but I hope I have contributed positively to a few PR discussions recently.
