h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well I normally build the Great Library. That gives me nearly all the technology I want for free (and it's not cheating ).

It doesn't work forever, y'know... And that was not cheating... (it's not my fault that civ1 had that loophole)

HELL

I know, but it gives me enough time at the start of the game to build up my cities while not having to worry about scientific research so much.

And it is cheating, that's why they got rid of it in the later games.

Anyway, this has sort of gotten off topic.

Any advice welcomed . . .

From the teaser it looks a lot like 'Rome: Total War' without the real-time strategy parts.
