Decimal Weeks

Why don't we adopt decimal weeks ?
with 10 days to a week we would work seven days then rest for 3, there would be 30 days to every month,
we should stick to 12 months of the year to match the planetry cycles, and the remaining 5/6 days could be holiday either all at the end of the year or at the end and the middle. Or they could be spread to every two months, so at the end of February/April/June you would have a four day work break.
Calenders and computer programmes (Project etc.) would be more symetrical, and it would allow weekend events to be more interesting.
