Fudeing naighbors

Isnt it wonderfull when naighboures fall out,and its usualy over children. Neathere pearant is prepaird to admit that there child is actualy a brat.Thay say that there child can do no wrong!Also thay belive that there child never tells a lie.
I have had to keep my child in for over a year now because he is constley bullyd by the othere children. Yes I have tryed to talk to the othere pearants involved and thay all say the same my son would not do that.Even when he kept in and could not have possibly been invoved he gets taunted.When he is in his own garden thay leen over the fence and call him names. I am pround of him actualy because he has lernd to ignore them. But my hart goes out to him when he sits on the window ledge and watches the othere children playing out side and all he has is his play with is his play sation to play on and no one to shair it with.
All is not as bad for him as it sounds he goes to a special needs school and thay arange some fantastic activitys for him and the othere childern that go there.Also my wife and I take a lot moor time to do things with him. I have a daughter too and becasue my son is not alowed out she cannot play out eather but thay play together or is it fight togethere i never did work out whitch it was!
