A form of government where the represented people vote for their desired representative. Who then represents them.
The power of the voters vote is the reciprocal of the number of people voting. (1 / number of voters.) The majority vote, ie the person most voted for gets elected, the people who voted for anyone else don't. However this is not as unfair as it seems, as the elected candidate usually 'forgets' his election promises ( Bribes. ), which the majority voted for.
The most advanced version is in the Scottish Parliment, where the voters vote for a candidate, and then a party which gets the same proportion of seats in parliment, as the proportion of voters that voted for it. Which is nice.
