Gio's Italian Food (or the Big Nose)

0 Conversations

Gio's is a small Italian restaurant on the west side of Yonge Street just north of Davisville subway station in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Sometimes it's referred to as the Nose owing to the large, pink, fiberglass nose hanging above the door.

The food at Gio's is very good; freshly cooked by an authentic Italian Grandmother, it features fresh local ingredients; the menu changes frequently. The ambiance is noisy and rambunctious; try not to be alarmed by the underwear hanging from lines across the room, and copious congratulatory graffiti by patrons.
