frikadelle subj. pl. frikadeller

Frikadeller is the most overseen course in the history of man.
Therefore it is necessesary to explain what this course is:
The frikadeller consists of minced pork, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, milk and onions. This is mixed in a bowl, before the mixture is scooped up in little balls using a tea-spoon. They are then fried on a pan, until you're fairly certain that most lethal bacteria has left for a cooler place.

It is a course which originated in the Southern part of Jutland, but from here it has spread to Norway, Sweden and the nothern part of Germany. Even in America they have frikadeller, although they've been mislead by the vile Swedes to believe that the course is called "Swedish meatballs" - Typical.

The frikadeller are usually served with boiled potatoes and gravy, though you can serve other vegetables as well.
Preperation
Chop the onions into tiny pieces (alternatively you can grate them) and put it into a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients using a large spoon (if you are making a large portion, you may try using your hands - remember to wash!).
melt the margerine on a frying pan at 2/3 heat. Then take a teaspoon dip it in the melted margerine and start shaping those frikadeller. Cook them long enough to get a little bit hard on one side, then turn them over and let them cook just as long.
Serve them with boiled potatoes and maybe the melted margerine from the pan.

Help spreading the knowledge of this great forgotten course.
