Intro

Well, to start with this is my first entry, so don't expect too much. Since it IS my first entry, and is nowhere near ready for submission, please feel free to leave comments or additional info; it will almost certainly get included.

History

I had my bottom wisdom teeth out some time ago, when I was 16. They were both impacted and it was pretty much water and soup for two or three days. Now I'm having the top ones out - which aren't impacted - and am not sure what to expect. These will be the first adult teeth i will lose that weren't, so I guess I ought to expect an intermediate experience.

Present Situation

I wanted to know what to expect, but a search of h2g2 for "wisdom teeth" and "wisdom tooth" revealed nothing. So, I thought I'd write this entry.

What I know

Well, I don't know anything about how much it does, or doesn't, hurt to have non-impacted wisdom teeth out, since all of my friends who have had theirs out had them impacted. My appointment is not until the third or fourth week of une, so I'd appreciate any advice that anyone can give!
