A creature named for its discoverer, the man behind the biggest, loudest, richest rock band in the history of history itself: Hotblack Desiato.
As the driving force of Disaster Area, Hotblack travelled to and nigh on destroyed the habitat and aural capabilities of several star systems. On the culmination of a particularly ear-shattering concert a small creature of curious auditory persuasion was discovered, or more pertinently created in the wake of a record-breaking chord, which lasted several millennia.
Throughout the dispersal of this remarkable cacophony a shrew like creature was deafened at such a lethargic rate as to evolve into a larger infinitely expressive creature. With several appendages and many appendages to an appendage, the creatures were able to communicate solely through gestures. Being capable of thousands of different gestures the new creature could relate to its neighbour the inner workings of all sentient life.
Unfortunately the note carried for one millennium too long and the poor creature was driven insane. It can now be characterised as a nerve stricken wretch whose wild gesticulations hyper intelligent pan-dimensional beings dismiss as gibberish.
