*pulls up a chair*
I'm here also, although intermittentley.
*breathes in the heady aroma of coffee*
Mmm ... strange, I'm not one for coffee myself, but I really like the smell.
That Winnebago of martin's is a useful plot device, isn't it?
As I recall , it was acquired during the episode in which Frasier and Niles belive they're related to Russian royalty, and since then, there's been a whole episode set in and around it (the Y2K show)

Hay thanks for taking a table. *Hands out coffee and take a cafe latte*
Oh yeah, that's where it's from. Is it the same as the one they exported Daphne in, and also traveled errr... where did they end up?
Brilliant ending, I just got it as Niles was alone in the WB. Lovely twists in the plot though a tad like the end of Friends, don't know whether coincedence or not, much better though. Grr! Can I wait for the next series?
Did you know that America only finished 3 weeks before? I always thought they were a season ahead. Ah well, such is television.
*Sips the latte and relaxes [after a Statistics A-Level]*
{does anyone know of funky GuideML I could put in the article to make it better?)
Frasier: better than the rest

Frasier: better than the rest

I'm sure you can still link the forums, although the addresses have changed. You probably need to retype the addresses in your GuideML.
In the Y2K show, there was a running gag about Niles not being able to drive a Winnebago, and using the emergency brake.
Maybe that was another meaning in Daphne's final line: "Fasten your seatbelt, Niles."
She finally called him Niles!!!
Frasier: better than the rest
Yeliab {h2g2as} Posted Jun 14, 2000
Didn't she call him that after they kissed too?
Frasier: better than the rest
Yeliab {h2g2as} Posted Jun 17, 2000
Ah well, I don't have the best of memories.
OK, what are your favourit episodes C and T?
Frasier: better than the rest
Chrome101 Posted Jun 18, 2000
Oh god, it's hard to pick one from all of those brilliant episodes. But I loved the one where Frsier writes his own jingle ("It's like Gilbert & Sullivan, but scarier" - Daphne)
Frasier: better than the rest
Yeliab {h2g2as} Posted Jun 18, 2000
I don't know if I could choose one. The one where Frasier lets the secret slip was great, and Daphnes therapy session. That was excelently done.
Frasier: better than the rest
Chrome101 Posted Jun 22, 2000
Oh yeah, and then in the final episode, he says it was Ros!
*doubles up with laughter, hitting the table with his clenched fist*
Frasier: better than the rest
trillian Posted Jun 24, 2000
sorry I've been away! ok, favourite episode? hmmm... gotta be either the tango one, the fencing one or the one where frasier and niles write a book/ go into practice/ open a restaurant together! 'no-one's asking you to do anything you haven't done in your own kitchens. Now, Niles, kill 5 eels!'
Frasier: better than the rest
Yeliab {h2g2as} Posted Jun 24, 2000
Glad your back *hands latte over*
There great ones. For me probably Ham Radio, fantastic mayhem. Moon Dance is of course a fave too.
The Best of Frasier book is really good to get, it gives you a feal of how they actually make it, and the scipts are just like little plays. Theres a link form the article.
Oh was the info on the charactures OK? Anything more to add?
Frasier: better than the rest

*thinks*
Not anything I can think of...
Wasn't last night's episode great? The one with the mobster who gets Maris acquitted?
Frasier: better than the rest
Yeliab {h2g2as} Posted Jun 24, 2000
Didn't remember that one, great fun though, love the way Daphne falls for him.
Frasier: better than the rest
trillian Posted Jun 28, 2000
what about the 'leap year' one where niles wants to have sex with maris BADLY!
niles and roz
trillian Posted Jun 28, 2000
just a thought. Niles does not get on with many of Frasiers female friends, does he? Lileth? No (although they did get VERY close once). Roz? No (actually they seem to get on quite well now). Bebe? No. I wonder why.
niles and roz
Chrome101 Posted Jun 28, 2000
I always think there's some kind of quasi-sexual tension between Niles and Ros. They're just disguising it beneath a thin veneer of hate...
