Funny story behind that, actually. Though not for Mr Montague Trout (or vice versa).

I only added that rule for the Twenty20 Special, and intended to dispense with it for this competition. I deleted it from everywhere except the main page and there it is in black and white or blue and off-white depending on your skin of choice. I have therefore been taking bids based on a different set of criteria to everyone else, with the apparent exception of Mr Trout Montague (or vice versa).

I therefore have no option but to rule in favour of Mr Beta, and will add Mr Langer to the Completely Stumped side in due course.

It's been referred upstairs, but I think Trout knows what the decision's going to be. He's not known to walk, but he's already made a few steps towards the pavilion ...
