Herne Bay

Good day to anyone out there.
I'd like to tell you about my town: Herne Bay. If you ever catch the train to Margate and get off two stops too soon by mistake, you will find yourself in Herne Bay. But don't just wait for the next train - explore this exciting and interesting cultural centre on the North Kent coast!
Places of interest include a Memorial Park (complete with Memorial) where you can enjoy a quick swing in the children' playground or even watch a cricket match on a Sunday afternoon!
After that, why not visit to Kavanagh Cinema - or a quick dip in the Heron pool - just next door.
If you are hungry after all that exercise, visit Sizzlers, the best cafe in town with excellent cheap all day breakfasts. You must try their fried slice - out of this world!
Then head for the amusements on the front and perhaps a quick spin around the rollerskating rink at the Pier Pavilion, or even a quick work out or game of squash to work off that breakfast
