Counting House, George Square Glasgow

1 Conversation

Previously a bank in the grand Victorian (or whatever) style, high ceilings, glass dome, pillars, lots of granite. Now a good city centre pub (which also does food).

Lots of choice of beers and I recognised a number of the crowd to be Real Ale folk.

It has a very relaxed airy atmosphere which you don't seem to get in modern pubs much any more.

The prices were also very resonable.
