Nooooooo....I grew up in the cassette era!
Although my Dad still had a record player and I remember playing my Mum's copy of the Sound of Music and dancing round the front room singing pretending I was Leisel!!! I think she also had West Side Story......

I had you wrong then...
Record player would suggest 30+ and tape recorder is still passe are you 28?
BRUM MEET
bootiful_heffalump Posted Mar 8, 2008
Nope!!! I'm the baby of CB I think! Spangle is the closest in age to me.
But a lot of people place my age as older than it actually is!!

ooh...good question!
Well, I will say I only really got into music when I was 10/11 and I think my first single that I bought a few years later was a Boyzone one!! Possibly No Matter What!!

Blimey, you are a young'en! I had moved to CD the year before that came out and held onto vinyl until then, missed out the tape stage, using cassettes was a bit to close to using the ZX Spectrum for computer games (High Tech!)

I think I bought it on CD....I had the first two..possibly three...of their albums on tape, but they were presents!
I may be a babby in age but I think I make up for it in maturity....wel ish!

And as a woman, it is unfortunately my duty to grow up to make up for the lack of maturity in any male partner I should meet!
*Mother* Nature?! Pah!

CHAOS here, and all I wanted was a quiet morning to recover
I'm praying for 12pm but then I think things are going to get worse as I'm taking 4 kids shopping to Blackpool I must be mad to volunteer for these saturday afternoon's, I had enough last week after I'd took them to Manchester shopping
Cheshire it would be great to see you if you can make it
Booti, I definitely think you need to give Brum an early warning system

Holly my love, I think you might be a little bit crazy!!
My only concern is that in warning them, they might actually lay some sort of ASBO in advance on us!!
BRUM MEET
holly Posted Mar 8, 2008
Hmmmmmmm never thought of it like that Booti, you could have a valid point there I think I could do without an ASBO at my age, the kids would shame of me
In fact they'd probably disown me, which may not be such a bad thing
What are you up to today hun?
BRUM MEET
bootiful_heffalump Posted Mar 8, 2008
Fron what I've heard, ASBOs are now quite cool!! No, I don't get it either!
I'm meeting up with a friend this afternoon for coffee and a chatand then possibly meeting up with a different friend tonight if she gets back to me!
