Animation is the art of making still things move by the power of a camera!
Most people think of Disney or Warner Bros when you say animation to them , but it is so much more. Many artists and students use animation as a way of expressing themselves when a still picture can't, unfortunatly many other artisits don't think animation is art because it has so widely been used for popular culture purposes. well you can all make up your own minds about this one. But I have always considered animation art and it should have much more artisitc recognition.
