What gives?

I truely can't understand why people don't flock to these!.... education is free, you get Physically fit.... and there's no strings attached... except that you need to give 5 years of service (Canada), which wouldn't do bad to some people and countries. Besides that, its great fun, and people graduate with Degrees, so you don't actually lose anything.

Please take this option in Consideration
