coffee

1 Conversation

To all Hitchhikers, and to any one else who want's to read,

I was working at my job and suddenly a thought took me by suprise. My friend Jessie is hooked on coffee, so I thought about coffee in it's simpliest form. You take a seed, and put it in the ground, cover it with dirt, and fertilizer, wich is made from cow waste, you pour water on it, and have it grow into a bean. You take this bean and grind it until it becomes a grain. You then pour boiling water over this collection of grains, and then because the taste is so amazing bad that you cover it with sugar, wich goes through the same process as the coffee, and milk which is made from cow's as well.
I then learned that not only is my friend Jessie hooked but so was Douglas Adams, such a brillaint man was hooked on a drink that makes no sense to drink. I have to ask why do we drink the coffee when almost nobody likes the real taste, and nobody ever thinks to look at the process, please respond with possible answers.
Thank you
