Hamloaf

3/4 lb ground ham
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C milk
1/2 C fine moist bread crumbs
salt, if necessary, and pepper
Combine these ingredients well and shape into a loaf in a roasting pan.
Pour over the loaf this mixture:
1 C packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 C water
1/4 C vinegar
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes basting every 15 minutes.
