Here is a page which gives reviews of current films on release somewhere in the UK. I apologise if it isn't at your local, I fully understand as I've moved away from London myself.
The Pokemon Movie reviewed by Crescent in his article.
He's also done one for Sci-fi spoof Galaxy Quest.

Romantic Comedy, written and directed by Ben Elton from his book
'Inconceivable';
starring Hugh Laurie and Joely Richardson as the married couple trying
their
hardest to have a child. She's more concerned than he is - but then
he's
also trying to do something with his stagnant BBC career and be a
writer.
The story is typical of Elton: well constructed plot and characters,
very
funny and
very moving in places, wonderful dialogue (including at least two
pants-wetting lines)
and great use of voice-over. Where it falls down is in the direction -
some
of the shots
are bizarre, and the actors seem to be lacking encouragement, with some
going
over the top (Sorry, Emma Thompson - it's you) and others almost
speaking
their
lines at times. Direction picks up in the second half as the story
gathers
pace, and
by the final third there's nothing to fault.
Special mention goes to Tom Hollander's borderline Ewan McGregor
take-off
Film Director,
and to Rowan Atkinson, who in two scenes is maybe the funniest in the
film,
giving
one of the best translations of his style to the big screen to date.
