The Webthing's job is to simply run the technical side of the Post. Not too hard really, as long as there is nothing that needs doing. Often you'll find him with his feet up on the desk playing with coding. He's dumped that bleeding floating menu type thingy which never got a short and catchy name as it used a lot of JavaScript, which is being phased out of h2g2.

Unfortunatly Wowbagger got a proper job and is unable to do any cartoons for a while, so the problem of the continuously breaking links is no more.

So, to fill the void he's been redesigning the way the Post is uploaded each week, and now he doesn't actually have to be involed in the process. But, things are afoot in the design stakes.

The severe inebriation is doing fine.
