The Berlin Wall
Created | Updated Apr 27, 2002
Originally built to settle a long term feud over property boundaries between two rival German families. Unfortunately, the building got out of hand, and the whole town was cut in half. The two families involved became so paranoid of attack from their neighbours that they began shooting everyone who tried to scale the wall. Finally, somebody realised the mistake, and the wall was pulled down, but not before the two feuding families were forced to endure a six-month tour with The Berliner Ensemble.
