How to cook your fry-up
This is how I cook my fry-ups, its not the way you may do it but it works:
Heat the grease in the pan to a relatively hot heat and then add the sausages first
After this, add the bacon, black pudding and tomato. Turn all of them over regularly and add the fried mushrooms as soon as the bacon starts to crisp and place the bread in the pan. When the bacon is crisp and the sausages a just brown all over, remove all the contents onto a plate. Now turn the heat right down and add the egg. quickly spoon the fat over the egg using (believe it or not) a spoon. Make sure you pick up any crispy bits on the pan and place them in the egg white before it solidifies. As soon as the egg is to your liking, take it out of the pan and place it on the plate.
