Hiccups

1 Conversation

I have an inexplicably strong urge to write about hiccups for no reason - I don't even have them.

Which is kind of like hiccups, you have this uncontrollable urge to spasm your chest and make this ridiculous sound with your entire breathing apparatus.

Furthermore this horrendous conversational blooper of an affliction starts without warning. Several techniques have been suggested for stopping them... some of which I have supplied entries for:

Drinking water backwards
Shock / surprise
Sitting on a brown paper bag
Waiting
Suffocation (some argue that this is merely a form of shock / surprise but I disagree)
Apopletic drunkeness
Sleep
Nerve gas

Please submit any more ideas for curing this problem to the researcher responsible...
