Honestly if any entry would be fitting at all; it would be "Harmless". Unfortunately that has already been taken. If you are coming to Chetwynd to get some kind of action and excitement, GO AWAY. You are not going to find that in Chetwynd. However, you will find a very nice place to live and relax. If you are looking for a nice spot for a drink, check out "Murray's Pub", it is a very nice old style pub, a great place to relax, and have a bite to eat. If you are looking for a place to stay while you are here, I suggest having a friend that lives here. The hotels, are kind of nasty. Of course like almost every other place on the planet, there is a 7-11, which is great if you have to munchies, or just need a Coke, etc. The best place of all to relax though is outside of some grey building as you are leaving town towards Prince George. There is a great spot to sit up there and just stare at the stars. I suggest coming to Chetwynd if you are looking for a great place to just mellow out and relax. Ask anyone who has been to Chetwynd, and they will tell you that it may not be exciting, but it is a nice place to live.
