SiCoDe Software

SiCoDe is a programming group that programs calculators from Texas Instruments, specifically the TI-86, the -83, the -85, the -82, and the -92. Their website, at http://sicode.ticalc.org, is well laid out and shows the best aspects of the company. It does not, however, give a hint to the frantic flurry of e-mails that get zinged back and forth between members as they try to build the best BASIC programs, and prove that the BASIC programs can be advanced. Actually, they tried to hold a campaign that stated that BASIC was superior to Assembely Language and then, when that failed, at least it's equal. That campaign also recently flopped, bu they are still maintaining the views of such. Who knows what campaign they will attempt next?
Where is SiCoDe located? A better question would be, "Where ISN'T SiCoDe?" The company is spread throughout two countries, with the only 2 things in common being the language, the calculators, and the fact that both are usually represented by two initials that start with U. The countries are the US and the UK.Who works at SiCoDe? You'll have to check the site- the members change so often that the only one I'm sure of that works there is me. Yes, I work there.
