Trocadero--Piccadilly

A rare warm day in London tempted me out of the house and into town, spending the day in the Trocadero. The main attraction seems to be Segaworld, although there is plenty more to do, the combination of tunnel like escalators and blue flashing lights grab you immediately. The main attraction inside Segaworld, seems to be a new ride, the premise of which seems to be everyone’s natural wish to find out what it is like to jump off a building. For £3, you can be winched by an industrial magnet to around 100ft in the air, before being dropped very quickly back down to earth again. Cowardice, or as I prefer to call it, survival instinct, kept me off that one. However, it is probably great for adrenaline junkies, and trainee bungee jumpers alike.
Apart from this death drop, the Troc also contains eight VR rides, virtual reality cinema, and a surprisingly small Macdonalds. Oh and if you ever wanted your photo made into a stamp (great for self incriminating graffiti) this is the place to go!
