As you near a large salt flat that was once part of a lake that has since drained into the nearby sea, you see a vast complex streaching out before you. You also notice a intracately carved sign that says "No Turn On Red" as well as a less ornate sign.

Between these two signs is a path that runs out to the entrance of the base and headquarters of The Evil Army of H2G2
