Hiya brill Daddy,
What a wonderful guide entry. I was in tears at the end. I have a part-time job and manage to fit it around family life. (I'm lucky!) My kids are everything and being their mother is a gift. Yeah, it's hard work and by the time I've got them in bed if I sit down to read or watch TV I fall asleep. I wouldn't change it for the world. My husband loves sharing everything and on his days off he takes the children to school and does all the thousands of other things that loving parents do for their children. I had to pop into work this morning and when I came home they'd had breakfast and lunch, played at the park with the dogs, and he's taken them swimming now.
I set-up a 'Family Group' in a local village in 1998, as there wasn't anything to cater for the families with babies and toddlers. It's still going strong. There was no way I was going to call it a 'Mothers and Toddlers' group! Admission was and still is £1 for the whole family, and all newcomers (dads/mums/grannies/grandpas/nannies/carers/babies and toddlers) were introduced to everyone there. I loved it and felt that it helped everyone. Lots of new mums (I was one once) and dads and granparents feel very isolated, and I can certainly relate to your guide. My husband will too, I'm sure when he reads it.
Thank you very much.

Thanks for the support. I have no idea how you fit everything in!! If I had as much going on in RL you'd never see me near the the site!! I'll drop by your space later to introduce myself properly.
