I really want to come to the picnic. I don't know now if I'll be able to (family rubbish). I may end up turning up at the last minute utterly unannounced and waving a bottle of gin. Or I may not. It's an absolute bummer. Sorry. Bear with me. Oh, darn, I've bitten all my nails off.
