Recipe - Potato Bake

(serves 4)
Ingredients:
· 1 chopped onion
· 30g butter
· 6 medium-sized potatoes
· sprinkle of salt and pepper
· ¾ cup milk
· ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Put onion and butter in a bowl and cook on high for 3 minutes.
2. Peel and slice potatoes.
3. Put half the potatoes into a 22cm round casserole dish.
4. Spread onion and butter over.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Arrange rest of potatoes evenly over.
7. Pour the milk over.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Cover with cling wrap and cook on high for 8 minutes.
10. Remove cover and cook on high for another 10 minutes.
11. You can also put it under the grill to brown it if you want to.
Serve with meat and green and red vegetables.
