A really facinating place and alledged home of Ford Prefect during his stay on Earth. Despite the recent murder, it's actaully quite a nice place to live and there are a large variety of things to see and do including a castle and a tree. If trees aren't your thing, then you can amuse yourself with the endless collection of shops in which you can buy items (Note: Standard currency in Guildford is Pounds (£) Sterling - See Thomas Cook for details) from a wide variety of origins. As for location, Guildford is in close Proximity to London (The capital of England) and in equal proximity to the seaside. If you choose to explore the night life of Guildford, you may be interested to know that there are many pubs and several night clubs for your enjoyment. As I have said before, don't be put off by the murder - it was the first one in ages. Whilst Guildford doesn't have a real football team, we do have a touch-rugby club and well equipped sports centre knows as 'The Spectrum' for no discernable reason.
