Doctor who is a Time lord.
He travels in a space ship called TARDIS (time and relatives dimensions in space.) Lots of monstors have swarn to kill him but he still lives.
If he is harmed badley he can regenerate and change everything about him. He can only do this 13 times.
He meets these aliens that are smallish and capture the hearts of little (and big) kids everywhere. Theses cretures are called daleks.
Everybody should watch doctor who. It has been around for over 36 years (2000) and has inspired thousands of kids. In 1989 the BBC canceld dr who (but not forever) but the americans made a rubbish version in 1996. The legacy still goes on.
