Icehouse

1 Conversation

Australian rock band founded in the mid 70s under the name "Flowers". In 1981 the band had to change their name, because it was copyright protected by an English band. So they took the name of their debut album "Icehouse". They were really famous in the 80s with songs like "Great Southern Land", "Street Cafe"... They also had a No.1 Album in Australia called "Man of Colours". In the 90s singer and songwriter Iva Davies took more time for other projects, but Icehouse is still alive.
