Bags

There is truth in the saying, 'never go back for your bag'. Being a male, and being 13, and being an 8th grader, I invariably lost my Social Studies book on the school bus on a Monday. 'No problem', I thought, 'I'll get it tomorrow.' How wrong I was! I was just about to get my Social Studies book from the bus on Tuesday, when I realized I'd forgotten my instrument in the band room! Foolishly, I thought I had plenty of time, and hurried off to fetch it. When I got to the room, the doors were, surprisingly, locked (As they never are). With no choice, I looked back just in time to see the bus leaving. In the second strange occurance of the day, my bus driver was laughing maniacally. At least I managed to get my instrument (By going in the other entrance and walking across the whole school to get to the band room). On Wednesday, the third oddity happened to occur. We had a surprise Social Studies book check, which I immediatly and irrovocably failed. After that, I got my book back, and never needed it again.

Let this be a lesson: you should NEVER go back for your bag. Apparantly, it will open up strange new paths in life, all of which will lead to odd coincidences, which lead to enigmas, which lead to you getting an F. It also causes a strange rift in reality which locks doors and makes people laugh like dribbling morons at your misfortune. What this all means, I don't know. The scientific community doesn't know. I don't even think The Creator knows, and he should, because he made the damn thing. If you can understand what I've just written, you are quite an enlightened human being, and should go live in a cave and meditate. Not only will this protect you from having to go back for a bag, but it will prevent you from annoying the hell out of people. My advice for the rest of you is to never get a bag, so you'll never have to go back for one.
