*rifles through her filing cabinets and stands up holding a long hairy leg as long as her arm (that's right. I do Yoga!

Don't worry.. won't hurt a bit.
*shoves the leg into the drawer in the machine and....*
*pulls the lever!* 
POOF!
You are now a Werespider, you have a full spider form (of changeable sizes), a half spider form (thing Doctor Octo but scarier) and your old form. yeah right, like you'll want to use that.
