Obviously Alan is one of the most well-known celebrity ABBA fans. His duet with a guest (played by Rebecca Front) on his chat show 'Knowing Me Knowing You' remains once of the most priceless televisual moments in history (especially when he broke unexpectedly into 'Gimme Gimme Gimme (A Man After Midnight).
Oh and yes! One of his children is called Fernando!
