From a recent conversation with a French friend of mine, she handn't a clue what a parsnip was. Nobody there knows anything about parsnips!

The French couldn't so stupid. I can only think there is a terrible lack of knowledge on how to prepare these -Mmmm parsnips- yummy scrummies.

Roast it is, and preferable with the meat. Mind you garlic and olive oil sounds intersting....

I don't know what is a Parsnips, but the french translation is "panais" (I don't know what is it smiley - smiley
If it's a "navet", I know what is it : it's the worst thing to eat on earth.
