SMS-E-Mails to your mobile phone

You can now get e-mail to your mobile phone, this is rather handy if you don't have a laptop pc, or even if you have, as a phone is still a damn sight smaller (and lighter) than a laptop unless you've got a nokia 501.
All you need is:-
A: A digital mobile phone.
B: Access to the internet, which you must already have or how the hell are you reading this.
3: A spare five minutes.
Vist http://www.u.genie.co.uk to get up and running. There you're given an e-mail address which you can give out to people that when used sends the message straight to your phone. This is pretty handy if someone needs to get hold of you urgently, like if someones trying to warn you your wife's on her way back from work early. The service is limted to only 140 characters (standared text messaging) but you can read the whole e-mail online.
Maybe H2G2 might start sms messaging the recommendations of the day direct to your phone then again maybe they won't.
