One of the oddest places in the world. This is a country where the indigenous people are divided into two tribes who don't get on very well with one another but who all get on brilliantly with any outside visitors.
The country looks very nice but in the late 20th century parts of it kept being blown up.
The two tribes decided at the turn of the third Millennium that they shouldn't really have fought all that time and it might be a good idea to just get along with one another.
The best thing about Northern Ireland is the pubs and the worst thing is the lack of bitter (which the Irish simply don't drink).
