God - fiction or truth?

Is there a God? (I do not only mean the God of the Catholic Church, I include all Gods of all religions; so if I say "God", I mean all Gods and supreme beings of every belief)

Why a God?

Well, several people say so, but how can they know? A God should protect people from hurting each other, he should prevent wars, at least he should give us a sign of his existence.

Many god-believing-people argue against atheists that they can't say there's no God, because they have no averment of his existence; on the other hand lots of (possibly all) atheists argue back that there can’t be any supreme being because they have no averment that there is one. Difficult situation, isn’t it?

I enunciate that there is no God. Actually, I did never really believe in one, but there were numerous situations I believed in his existence. That was, for example, when I was ill. I had flu, and was sick at the same time, for about 14 days. I wanted the illness to stop; I wanted to get out of bed, without feeling dizzy and vomiting every 10 minutes. I felt weak, I was weak, and the only thing I ate for 2 weeks was rusk and camomile tea. I prayed to God to stop it every day.

I am driving at the fact that people pray to God if they are diseased, hungry, or in any else situation in which they are in a bad constitution.

Does God exist?

I think the fiction named “God” was made up long before Christ. Up to the 19th century, nobody knew anything about live, the universe, and everything. Nowadays, the situation has changed; we found out many things in the last 100 to 200 years. Just mention the earth is a globe (yes, that was a bit earlier than 200 years, but that’s not the point), gravity, how the human body works, chemical reactions, physics, atoms, microbiology, the big bang etc. The entire world has become - and still becomes - more and more clearer.
Hell can not exist, like people thought 500 years ago, because the earth isn’t flat.
There can’t be a heaven, because men already went higher than the clouds, and all they saw wasn’t any other thing than the entire universe, no gate of heaven, no angels, no God.
God is fiction. Humans just couldn’t explain all the things happening around them before 1900 AC, so they simply said that there must be a supreme being, because they didn’t know anything else.

In current times (all) people should be more intelligent and recognize that there is no God. That’s also a problem of economy, because Indians and other people living in the third world have no education, no schooling; they merely know what their parents teach them, and that’s their religion, because the parents of the parents of the children taught the parents of the children religion, and the parents of the parents of the parents of the children taught the parents of the parents of the children religion, and so on. It’s a vicious circle.

Back to the question of the existence of God: the answer is 42 (damn, doesn’t work); well, the answer is: God does not exist.
It began as human-comparable beings, also called cavemen, began to occupy the world. They believed in supreme being(s); they had rituals, sacrifices, cave-drawings etc. History went on, and brought up many cultures like Indians (the redskins), the Aztecs, the Egyptians, the Romans and so forth. Each of them had their own Gods, and it’s still the same situation today. There are so many religions, every with other Gods, but why don’t all of them believe in one? - Because there is no God. Believing in God is like a tradition (and, of course, even the Catholic Church has some good effects, too; e.g. Christmas, Easter, high days...), but does it really make sense to go to the church and pray to a nothing? (That’s a rhetorical question)

In other words...God does not exist.

What happens after death?

Is there an afterlife? That’s easy to answer: No. There are facts against the existence of a
God. Therefore, there is no God. Therefore, there is no soul. Therefore, there is no afterlife. It’s simple.

Have you ever been under anaesthetic? I think that's exactly what dying (the natural way) is like. At first you are completely awake, as suddenly: Wham!, you are off. Simply not there any more. Dead.

Is there a meaning of life without a God?

A God gives your live a meaning; he gives you rules how to live (the Ten Commandments…), he tells you to pray, he tells you how to live. But in reality, there’s no God, so what to do? All I can tell you: Go out there and live your life! Enjoy it. Be happy to live!
You can never say that there’s no sense of being, for the reason that no one ever will be able to know how big the universe is. Because you’ll always discover a bigger area, you’ll never get a meaning of it all.
So, just heed my advice and take pleasure in life!

Miracles? – Rubbish!

There are many miracles in the world. No one can explain them, they are just there. But I don’t believe in magic. Everything has a logical explanation.
For instance, the parents of a tragically diseased child travel all over the world to find a doctor who can cure their son. No one can do it. One day they come across a priest. The parents give him their youngster to heal him, and the next day he is completely cured. The priest simply prayed, and gave him some medicinal herbs, that was it. No one could explain that, it was a wonder.
As I already told you, I don’t believe in wonders, so, however he did it, he did it. Only because nobody can explain the rapid healing of the boy, it doesn’t mean that there’s no logical explanation for it. Maybe someday there will be one.
